Continental Farm & Forest at the Oregon Logging Conference

by

The Continental Farm & Forest (CFF) team recently attended the Oregon Logging Conference in Eugene, Oregon, one of the largest gatherings of forestry professionals, landowners, equipment manufacturers, and students in the Pacific Northwest. The annual event highlights innovations in logging, forest management, and the future of working forests across the region.

CFF attended to share more about our work supporting working forests through reforestation, forestry support, land management, and fire restoration. Our approach to forestry sparked strong interest throughout the conference.

We spoke with a number of local landowners who were interested in learning more about our business model and how we approach forest stewardship. Representatives from the University of Idaho and the University of Montana also stopped by and spent time discussing our perspective on forest ecosystems and the ways we think differently about managing forests.

Another highlight from the event was hearing from North Douglas High School, which invited our team to participate in an upcoming job fair. We look forward to sharing more about careers in forestry and land management with students interested in the field.

Overall, the conference was a great success. The level of interest from landowners, universities, and industry professionals reinforced that there is growing curiosity around new approaches to forestry and sustainable land management.
