Stephanie Brady has been named Vice President of Finance, and Madison Milgard, Vice President of Brand & Market Strategy—roles that will help drive clarity, accountability, and long-term value across the organization.
New Leadership Appointments
Stephanie Brady has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. As Jim Milgard put it, “the impact is real”-Stephanie and the team have helped deliver financial visibility that’s “timely, accurate, and trusted.” We’re proud not only of the systems and reporting improvements, but also of the strong, accountable team Stephanie has helped build alongside leaders like Jeremiah and our broader finance and accounting group.
Madison Milgard has been promoted to Vice President of Brand & Market Strategy. As Jose Porras shared, “Madison will help us move faster and better… driving it forward with clarity.” Madison will lead how we protect and grow the Continental brand, bringing more structure to market intelligence, value-added offerings, and our long-term strategy for how we show up for customers and partners.
