Located in central Florida, our farms are situated in the heart of fern country. Our greens live under saran and also the beautiful natural canopy created by majestic Live Oaks draped with Spanish Moss. It’s a sight to be seen.
The warm climate is ideal for our Florida greenery varieties, with afternoon showers, and temperatures rarely getting close to freezing. A very large portion of our farms is covered in field after field of Leatherleaf fern, but crops such as Plumosus, Aspidistra, Nagi and Magnolia also flourish in our fields.
While we are able to harvest all year round our busiest season revolves around increased demand for greens for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
